Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the VII International Motofestival “Two Kremlins”

On 30 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the VII International Motofestival “Two Kremlins”,  when, as part of a motorcade, he rode from the 1st of May Square in the center of Kazan to the site near the Palace of Farmers where he looked round an exposition of vintage motorcycles.

The Festival held with the support of the local Government, the Internal Ministry of the republic and the Kazan Mayor’s office has become traditional and is dedicated to the Day of the Republic celebrated on 30 August.
