Rustam Minnikhanov walkes along the improved boulevard on Serova Street in Kazan

On 30 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, the Director of the Fund “Institute of Development of Tatarstan cities” Nailya Zinnatullina, the Director General of the Kazan Organic Synthesis Plant Ayrat Safin and other officials walked along   the improved boulevard on Serova Street in Kazan.

This public space has a special meaning for residents of Kirov and Moscow districts of the city and its renovation has been done in two stages with ecological recovery of the local lake in 2024 and installation of the eco pavilion for organizing public lectures and the rental of specialized bicycles for children with special needs.
