Nizhnekamsk and Yakutsk sign a memorandum of becoming twin-cities in the presence of Rustam Minnikhanov and Aysen Nikolaev

On 26 August on the sidelines of Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum and in the presence of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Republic of Sakha Aysen Nikolayev, the Head of the Nizhnekamsk Executive Committee Radmir Belyaev and the Head of the urban district “The City of Yakutsk” Yevgeniy Grigoryev signed a memorandum on establishment of twin-city relations between Nizhnekamsk (Tatarstan) and Yakutsk (the Republic of Sakha, Russian Federation).

The twin city relations presuppose the development of both cities, strengthening of mutual understanding and stimulating trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation between two parties.
