On November 21 Head of Ingushetia Unus-Bek Evkurov and Dagestan President Ramazan Abdulatipov laid flowers to memorial as a tribute to the memory of the dead in Boeing-737 crash in Kazan on November 17, 2013. Guests were accompanied by Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Office Asgat Safarov.
