Rais of Tatarstan gets acquainted with the progress of harvest in Alekseevkiy region

On 20 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov  and the Head of Alekseevkiy region Sergey Demidov got acquainted with the progress of harvest in the region, where they flew round the fields. 

Later the same day in his conversation with farm machinery operators, Rustam Minnikhanov was told that today they harvest up to 40 centners of grain per hectare.

The Rais of the republic also got acquainted with the range of agricultural produce of the region and talked to students of the Alekseevskiy Agrarian College, who told him what vocations they are trained in. Rustam Minnikhanov promised to assist with the organization of workshops where students will have their practical training. 

At his meeting with heads of farms, investors and heads of settlements, Rustam Minnikhanov was informed about beginning and the forecast of the harvest and said that region is managing to improve the situation with the number of cattle at the private homesteads. The participants of the meeting thanked the Rais of the republic for the support given in the solution of water supply problem. 

”Today we are carrying out the programme of modernization of the communal infrastructure and will do much work as far as water (supply) is concerned,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
