Aleksey Pesoshin meets Director General of the FSUE Federal Environmental Operator Maxim Pogodin

On 4 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Director General of the FSUE Federal Environmental Operator (FEO) Maxim Pogodin discussed interaction in the issues of implementation of joint projects in waste management and elimination of objects of accumulated environmental damage with the aim of decreasing impact of industry on the environment.

Tatarstan and the FEO have a positive experience of interacting since 2020 when they signed an agreement on cooperation in creating conditions for safe handling of waste of hazard classes I and II and elimination of the most hazardous sites of the accumulated environmental damage.

The FSUE Federal Environmental Operator, which is a part on the Posatom State Corporation, is a specialized organization dealing with management of wastes of various types and hazard classes all over Russia.
