Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Rosmorrechflot sign a cooperation agreement

On 19 June on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport (FAMART)  Andrey Tarasenko signed an agreement between the Government of the republic and  the FAMART on the development of transshipping terminals in river ports of the republic, which envisages intentions of the parties in data exchange, joint consultations, the establishment of joint working group when needed with the aim of the development of port infrastructure. 

The development of multimodal logistics centers in Tatarstan will make it possible to strengthen the capacity of cargo transportation by all kinds of transport including international transport corridors “North-South” and “East-West” and raise the amount of export-import cargo for Volga regions. 

In addition, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, in the presence of Rustam Minnikhanov, Cooperation Agreements were signed between the Joint-Stock Bank Rossiya and Alabuga SEZ PPT JSC, as well as between the Joint-Stock Bank Rossiya and the Soyuz-Region Group of Companies LLC.
