Rais of Tatarstan: We are interested in cooperation with the Republic of Tuva

On 19 June, speaking at his meeting with the Head of the Republic of Tuva Vladislav Khovalyg on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that enterprises of Tatarstan are very much interested in the development of interaction with Tuva. Currently the republic delivers trucks, tyres, computers and other goods to Tuva, the Rais of the republic said, and emphasized: “We are interested in cooperation in the spheres of machine-building, car manufacture and agricultural products deliveries.” 

In his turn, the Head of Tuva said: “Thank you for your attention attached to the development of our relations. We have become so close and good friends.” 

He informed that he has got an invitation to take part in the forum of Russia-China cooperation ROSTKI in Kazan and assured that he will send a delegation to the forum. 

At the meeting the parties also signed an Action plan for the implementation of the Agreement on cooperation between the Governments of Tatarstan and Tuva in economic, cultural, social and other spheres in 2026-2028.
