Rustam Minnikhanov meets Governor of Sevastopol

On 19 June, speaking at his meeting with the  Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated: ”Our regions are connected by good partnership relations. A number of our large companies cooperate with the city of Sevastopol and there is a big potential for increasing deliveries in such spheres as power economy, machine-building, gas machinery, IT and others.” 

Earlier during their negotiations at the KazanForum, the parties agreed to sign a cooperation agreement between the regions at the SPIEF.

“At the KazanForum in May we have agreed with Rustam (Nurgalievich) to renew the agreement signed between the regions ten years ago. Today we are signing a document comprising a concrete plan of actions for three years, which covers practically all spheres of work. We will exchange best practices which will be useful both for residents of Sevastopol and Tatarstan,” Mikhail Razvozhaev said.

In the end of the meeting the parties signed an agreement between Tatarstan and the City of Sevastopol on trade, economic, scientific and technological, and social and cultural cooperation and the Action Plan 2025-2027 on the agreement implementation.
