Rustam Minnikhanov meets Hero of Russia Ramil Ibatullin

On 6 June in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Hero of Russia, Commander of the 2nd Guards Combined Arms Army of the Central Military District, Lieutenant General Ramil Ibatullin, who has been taking part in the special military operation since February 2022.

In February 2025 Ramil Ibatullin was awarded the title Hero of Russia and at their current meeting Rustam Minnikhanov handed him in the highest state award of the republic the Order for Merit to the Republic of Tatarstan.
