Rustam Minnikhanov reelected the Chairman of Board of Directors of Tatneftekhiminvest-holding and Rafinat Yarullin approved its Director General

On 28 May at their annual general meeting in the Tatarstan Government House, shareholders of the Tatneftekhiminvest-holding summarized results of the company work in 2024, approved the year report of the holding and elected the members of the Board of Directors.

The meeting decided not to accrue or pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2024 and to use the net profit on the development of the joint stock company.

During the elections of the members of the Board the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was reelected the Chairman of Board of Directors of Tatneftekhiminvest-holding and Rafinat Yarullin was approved its Director General.

The meeting also approved the plan of the Board work for 2025-2026.
