Belarus Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin arrives to Tatarstan

On 26 May upon his arrival to the International airport Beguishevo, the Prime Minister of Belarus Aleskand Turchin, who came on a working trip to Tatarstan, was welcomed by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. 

Aleksandr Turchin plans to visit the key industrial enterprises in Naberezhnyye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Yelabuga such as the TPK MTZ-Tatarstan, the KAMAZ Automaker and the TANEKO and to have a meeting with Rustam Minnikhanov to discuss prospects of further development of cooperation between the republics. 

Tatarstan is one of the important economic partners of Belarus, ranking the ninth in the trade turnover and the eighth in the amount of export among Russian regions.
