On 22 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov took part in a ceremony of opening the public cultural center Mellya in the Settlement of Malbagush of Aznakaevo region of the republic.
The center provides rural residents services which are of no less quality than those in the city. The facility has high end equipment of its multi-functional room with multimedia devices, a cozy library with a co-working zone and a comfortable administrative space. It has a comfortable environment for work and leisure of people of all ages.
Rustam Minnikhanov was told that the special focus was made on services accessibility, and the residents of the settlement can submit applications to their administration, send mail and visit the feldsher-midwife station. The project shows how modern technologies and the elaborate infrastructure can raise the rural life quality.
The Rais of Tatarstan highly appreciated the new complex, having stated that it has everything for the comfort of rural residents. “There are all necessary conditions both for adults and young visitors. I am sure it will become the point of attraction for all residents,” he said.
The Head of the region Marsel Shaydullin thanked the leadership of the republic and oil workers of Tatarstan for their support in the implementation of this project, which is important for the residents and which is the first large facility in Russia which used 3-D printing during its construction. The technology was applied by students of Almetyevsk Polytechnic Vocational College thus creating a precedent for the development of additive technologies in construction.
