Deputy Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Zhang Guoqing, who is the Chairman of the Chinese part of the Yangtze-Volga Cooperation Council, lays flowers to the eternal Fame in the Victory Park in Kazan

On 21 May the Deputy Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Zhang Guoqing, who is the Chairman of the Chinese part of the Yangtze-Volga Cooperation Council, accompanied by Russian Presidential Envoy in the Volga region Igor Komarov, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Marat Khusnullin laid flowers to the eternal Flame in the Victory Park in Kazan.

During his stay in Kazan Zhang Guoqing visited the Rameev IT Park, Kazan Federal University and its museum and got acquainted with historical and architectural monuments of the Kazan Kremlin.
