Rustam Minnikhanov meets Founder and Chairman of Enso Group Vinay Maloo

On 24 April, speaking at his meeting with the Founder and the Chairman of Enso Group Vinay Maloo in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov expressed his gratitude for the attention attached to the development of cooperation with the republic. He reminded that Tatarstan has gained an experience of interaction with India and there is a certain legal base of the cooperation for example the agreement between the Chamber of Commerce of the republic and the Confederation of Indian Industry.

The Rais of Tatarstan also stated that in the last 15 years he visited India many times and invited Mister Vinay Maloo to take part in the first international business forum “TIME: Tatarstan-India. Mutual efficiency” which is planned to be held in October of the current year.

He said that work of the Indian General Consulate in Kazan will be an important helping hand for the development of friendly relations.

The parties of the meeting also discussed further development of ties and implementation of joint projects with the Enso Group.

Earlier the same day, Vinay Maloo, who came to Tatarstan on a working trip, had meetings with the Administration of the Chamber of Commerce of the republic and the Tatarstan Investments Development Agency.
