Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in X youth forum “Bridge Moscow-Tatarstan”

On 12 April during his working trip to Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the X youth forum “Bridge Moscow-Tatarstan” held at Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation  with participation of  the Rector of the University Stanislav Propkofyev, outstanding athletes Danis Zaripov and Rinat Dasayev and other famous people. 

The aim of the forum organized by the Plenipotentiary representative office of Tatarstan to Russia is to unite youth amalgamations of Moscow and Moscow region, to facilitate social adaptation and youth and to attract it to working together with the republic and every year compatriots whom the republic are proud of share their personal experience, give advice to and answer question from guests of the event which gathered 1 200 people this year. 

Welcoming the guests, the Plenipotentiary representative of Tatarstan to Russia Ravil Akhmetshin stated that this year the forum is dedicated to the Year of the Defender of Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of the Victory in WWII. “Today heirs of the generation of the winners are defending our Fatherland at the special military operation. They are our heroes and a real example for our young generation. We have supported them and will continue doing this,” he said.  

In his video address, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Marat Khusnullin said that for 10 year the forum unite regions, sets up a live dialogue between generations and opens horizons for self-implementation of the youth.

The Head of the Moscow Department of National Policy and Inter-regional Bonds Vitaliy Suchkov read out an address from the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin and the Hero of Russia Ivan Zharskiy, who was born in Kazan, told why he decided to become the military.

In conclusion Rustam Minnikhanov stated that the forum has become a good traditions and an important constituent of friendly relations of two regions. He thanked all participants of the forum and its organizers and handed in memorial medals “100 years to TASSR”  to two participants of the WWII.
