Rustam Minnikhanov meets General Secretary of Jordan Ministry of Investments Zaher al Qatarneh on the sidelines of International Investments Forum in Abu-Dhabi

On 7 April on the sidelines of the International Investments Forum in Abu-Dhabi the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has a meeting with the General Secretary of Jordan Ministry of Investments Zaher al Qatarnehon,

Speaking at the meeting, the Rais of the republic said: “Tatarstan as one of the most developed regions of Russia is interested in closer cooperation with Jordan.” 
He stated that even though the current trade turnover between the countries is not substantial and makes only 113 thousand dollars US, the parties have a huge potential for cooperation.

The General Secretary expressed his support to the Rais, having emphasized that the Jordan market can be very interesting for the republic.
“It is a great honor for me to meet you in person. There are many opportunities for our interaction. The Jordan market can be useful as we have many free trade agreements,” he stated. 
Rustam Minnikhanov said he is interested in the development of cooperation and proposed to organize a visit of business circles with the aim of getting the better acquaintance with existing opportunities.
