Rustam Minnikhanov and Sergey Tsivilev meet Administration of the Iranian Mapna Group Company

On 2 April at their meeting on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Energy Forum Energoporm in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev and the Administration of the Iranian Mapna Group Company discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and  prospects of using Mapna Group competences in implementation of potential projects in power industry. The Group in the largest producer of main power industry machines in Iran including gas and steam turbines, electric generators, boilers, electric systems and control systems.

Speaking at the meeting, Sergey Tsivilev said: “I am happy to meet you. I am the Co-Chairman of the Russia-Iran Intergovernmental Commission and we are preparing a big programme of the development of Russian-Iranian cooperation including power industry. We have established good relations with your country.” 

In his turn Rustam Minnikhanov stated that he visited the Mapna Group enterprise during his trip to Iran and highly appreciated the level of the production development. “Your participation in the Energoporm forum is very important for us. We are happy to discuss plans of our further joint work with you,” he emphasized. 

The Member of the Board of Directors, the Mapna Group Deputy Executive Director Sayed Abdalrahim Kazemi thanked for a meeting at such a high level and expressed his readiness for long term partnership.
