On November 8 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in Rostov region with a working visit, was met by Governor of the region Vasily Golubev at Rostov airport.

Rustam Minnikhanov, accompanied by heads of some ministries and big industrial enterprises, will visit major industrial sites of Rostov region, and meet with activists of Tatar public organisations.

An agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical, social and cultural cooperation between Rostov region and Tatarstan will also be signed.
