Rustam Minnikhanov lays a wreath to stele of “Heroes-graduates of KAS” at Kazan Armor School

On 22 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov , the Chief Federal Inspector for Tatarstan Victor Demidov, the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais of the republic Asgat Safarov , the Commander of Kazan Armor School General-Lieutenant Vitaliy Gerasimov and other officials took part in a ceremony of laying flowers and a wreath to a stele of “Heroes-graduates of KAS” at Kazan Armor School which is located next to busts of Heroes of Russia – graduates of Kazan Armor School  opened in February 2023.
