Rustam Minnikhanov meets Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Somali to Russia Mohamed Abukar Subair

On 20 February, speaking at his meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Somali to Russia Mohamed Abukar Subair in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed his guests and thanked the Ambassador and his Counselors for the interest shown in Tatarstan.

He said that in the current year it will be 65 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Somali.

“We are interested in setting up cooperation within the framework of Russia-Somali relations,” Rustam Minikhanov said and stated that the republic thinks such spheres as machine-building, IT, medicine, agribusiness and power industry to be promising for cooperation.
