Rustam Minnikhanov announces the launch of a “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan” programme for veterans and participants of the special military operation

On 18 February making an announcement about the launch of a “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan” programme for veterans and participants of the special military operation (SMO), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said:

Today thousands of residents of our republic are fighting at the SMO honestly fulfilling their military duty, selflessly protecting security of our Fatherland and fighting for the better future of our country.

Your patriotism, courage and heroism are am example for all us. I am sure you unique experience, skills and knowledge should be further used for solving important state tasks.

In the Year of the Defender of Fatherland on 18 February we launch a programme“Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan” for veterans and participants of the special military operation, which is an analogue of the federal programme “The Time of Heroes” developed by an errand of the President of the country the aim of which is to prepare a team of promising managers for taking positions in the system of municipal and state governance as well as in other spheres.
