Rustam Minnikhanov holds a meeting of Board of Directors of Tatneftekhiminvest holding

On 27 January the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rutsam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Board of Directors of Tatneftekhiminvest holding with the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin taking part in it.

The Director of the Engineering Chemical and Technological Centre from Tomsk Aleksey Knyazev told participants of the meeting about a new strategy of the development of chemical complex of Russia by 2035 which should be completed by the current autumn.  He also told about new investments projects under implementation which are planned to bring 6trillion rubles of revenues and their new financing sources to be defined in the strategy.  

“Many projects are developing in Tatarstan. That is why I ask you to help us with analysis and forecast of the development of chemical industry including that in the republic,” he said. 

Giving his comments, Rustam Minnikhanov said that since 2000 the republic has been developing its one five-year programmes of developing the petrochemical complex. “So we think that this strategy is highly needed. Of course we will take active part in this work and first of all universities and enterprises,”’ he said. 

The Director General of the RUSREDMET Group of Companies from St Petersburg Andrey Nechaev told participants of the meeting about recovery of vanadium and other metals from the oil refinery byproducts and made a presentation of a complex technology for processing oil sludge to produce oil ash residue which contains vanadium, nickel and other valuable components.

“This sphere is very popular and in demand today and our oil refineries have already touched this topic. I propose to organize a meeting and discuss possible ways of cooperation,”Rustam Minnikhanov said. 

When the Director on Business development of  the Digital Laboratory Softline Digital Roman Startzev  presented the no-code platform based on AI for forecasting, developing and implementing industrial solutions  which solves such tasks as raising the production output, developing new materials and analysing the products quality, Rustam Minnikhanov proposed to the Association for Promotion of Digital Development of Tatarstan to organize a meeting of the Laboratory with representatives of regional enterprises. 

The Director General of the Abiroy Company Dostan Kokeev told about operation of his enterprise which accompanies projects for organizational changes and proposes serious strategic solutions for large international business. The Abiroy helps to launch new productions under conditions of unprecedented sanctions and the lack of highly qualified technical specialists and the regional Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov informed that it was one of the first residents of the special economic zone of Innopolis.  In his turn Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic is interested in further development of cooperation.
