Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates residents of Tatarstan with the Russian Students Day

On 25 January, speaking at a regional meeting held in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all residents of Tatarstan with the Russian Students Day.

“The holiday was established by a decree of the Russian President 20 years ago. We were all students and have warm memories of this special period of life,” he said.

He informed about events dedicated to this holiday to be held at universities of the republic and a ceremony of the regional award “The Student of the Year” in the Pyramid Recreation Center and asked to have the planned events at a proper organizational level.

“People call this holiday Tatyana’s Day and we congratulate everyone who has this wonderful name,” the Rais of the republic added.
