On 25 January, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the Minister of Construction Marat Ayzatullin reported that the minimum plan for 2025 is to commission 3m 260 thousand square meters of housing, including 1m 416 thousand square meters of multi-apartment investments residences and 162 thousand square meters by the social mortgage programme.
He also informed about four programmes of providing accommodation to such categories of citizens as 24 families with many children, 66 young families and 3 families of forces migrants from the Extreme North and Chrnobyl liquidators as well as orphans.
The regional Minister told about work to be done by the 2 programmes “The Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories” and the development of necessary infrastructure at land plots allocated to families with many children and the planned work in the spheres of education, healthcare, youth policy, sports, culture and the national “Family” project.
Having informed about the amount of work to be done and the financing of construction of social facilities in 2025, Marat Ayzatullin also told about work to be completed by the Ecology Well-being project such as the remediation of sludge pits of Kazan.
He also informed about work to be fulfilled by the national project “Housing and the urban environment”, the programme of modernization of engineering networks, and the modernization of the communal infrastructure.
In conclusion Marat Ayzatullin said that the construction is one of the most injury-risk spheres and the priority task is the prevention of occupational traumatism and development of safe labour habits. He informed that specialists of the State Construction Surveillance Inspection have already carried out 20 checks and will continue this work for the rest of the year.
