Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a resulting collegium of Tatarstan Healthcare Ministry

On 22 January the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov , the the Member of Russian State Duma Ayrat Farrakhov , the regional Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva and other officials took part in a resulting collegium of Tatarstan Ministry of Healthcare held in Volga region State University of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism in Kazan.

Before the meeting, at a specialized exhibition of medical institutions of the republic organized in the university lobby, Rustam Minnikhanov was told about some innovational medical projects, the volume of medical services and a resuscitation mobile complex – a 2025 pilot project.

He was also reminded about the Naberezhnyye Chelny Emergency Hospital having performed its first heart transplant last year.

The key note speaker of the collegium, the regional Healthcare Minister Marsel Minullin summarized results of implementation of national projects “The Healthcare” and “Demography” in 2019-2024 and also informed that every third resident of the republic is under regular medical check-up for this or that reason.

He also reminded that currently four transplant centers work in the republic and it is planned to organize one more at the city clinical hospital 7 in Kazan in 2025.

Speaking about main tasks for 2025, the regional Minister named the implementation of national projects “Long and Active Life”, “The Family”, the improvement of maternity and childhood service, provision of medical services to participants of the special military operation and their families and fulfillment of the planned KPIs.
