Rustam Minnikhanov visits new building of the inter-regional department of Russian Internal Ministry in Tatarstan “Verkhneuslonskiy”

On 22 January the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister of Internal Affairs for Tatarstan Damir Satretdinov took part in a ceremony of opening a new building of the inter-regional department of Russian Internal Ministry in Tatarstan “Verkhneuslonskiy” in the Verkhniy Uslon settlement. 

The total complex, the construction of which was financed from the regional budget, includes the administrative building with the total area of more than 5 500 thousand square meters, a garage, a carport for 5 specialized vehicles, the checkpoint and a building for canine service.

After Rustam Minnikhanov looked round the complex he was informed that it has all facilities for work and professional training of the staff, for the business cars, for keeping task dogs as well as for receiving citizens and providing public services.

In his turn the Rais of the republic emphasized that one of the most important tasks for state power bodies is to ensure good working environment for law-enforcement employees. “Tatarstan police has been and remains one of the best units of Russian Internal Ministry,” he said and added that  Verkhniy Uslon Internal Affairs Department occupies a special place as in summer the population of the region grows by ten folds due to summer cottage and garden settlements.

Rustam Minnikhanov gave high appreciation to the construction work quality, wished the police successful work and handed in a number of awards.

In his turn Damir Satretdinov thanked the leadership of the republic for the support given to the improvement of the internal affair bodies’ facilities.
