Congratulation from Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with Christmas

On 6 January in his congratulations with Christmas, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all Orthodox residents of the republic with the holiday.
“For Christians all over the world it means hope for the better and shows the way to spiritual improvement, happiness and creative work.
Christmas is the triumph of the good, faith, love and vital optimism which we especially need in such a difficult period of time. Its celebrations confirm sanctity of traditional values and emphasize the importance of close family relations. In this sense it is a symbolic continuation of the Year of the Family which was filled with a special meaning and important events.

In Tatarstan where Orthodoxy together with the Islam and other religions is the most important factor of spiritual and moral development, the celebration of Christmas is always held in the atmosphere of mutual understanding and neighborliness.    
I hope sincerely that the year of 2025 will be more generous for good deeds and charity actions and will bring us happiness of new achievements and spiritual feats,” he wrote and in the conclusion wished everyone bright Christmas mood, happiness, peace, all the best and prosperity.
