Rustam Minnikhanov gets acquainted with the concept of the new Tianfu area in the Sichuan province of China

On November 20, during his working visit to the City of Chengdu in Sichuan Province of China, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the concept of the new Tianfu area in the Sichuan province of China.

The new Tianfu area will be located 30 kilometers south of Chengdu. The future city will preserve the identity of the region, using traditional design elements, narrow roads paved with bamboo.

Rustam Minnikhanov was informed that the master plan provides for the integration of roads, pedestrian streets, courtyards with a network of green areas and natural landscape while maintaining the functionality of the modern city.

The buildings will have terraces to ensure that every citizen has access to open space. Most buildings will be less than 100 meters high and should be oriented to maximum use of daylight and ventilation.
