Rustam Minnikhanov at a meeting with participants of the All-Russian project "Watch of Heroes of the Fatherland": In the conditions of the special military operation, we saw how important patriotic education is

On November 15, at the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Heroes of Russia – participants of the All-Russian project "Watch of Heroes of the Fatherland"

The project "Watch of the Heroes of the Fatherland" was developed and is being implemented by the All-Russian public organization "Russian Association of Heroes" with the support of the Administration of Russian President and the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. Welcoming the participants of the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov said that it was a great honor for Tatarstan to host the Heroes of Russia for the second time (the first "Watch of the Heroes of the Fatherland" was held in the region from August 29 to September 2, 2023).

“In the current situation in the special military operation, we have seen how important patriotic education is. I think you can see it clearly in your example,” Minnikhanov said.  The Rais of Tatarstan emphasized that the work under the project "Watch of the Heroes of the Fatherland" contributes to forming a sense of pride for their country and its history. This work also allows to keep the memory of heroic deeds of modern Russian soldiers, who are worthy descendants of the people-victor, educates patriotism in the young generation and strengthens ties between generations, Inspires young people to further serve the Motherland. “The work under the project is very important,” Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized and thanked everyone for the opportunity to meet.
