Rustam Minnikhanov gets acquainted with progress of construction of the second part of Voznesenskiy Trakt in Kazan

On 12 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the regional Minister of Transport and Road Economy Farit Khanifov, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and heads of road construction organizations get acquainted with work progress of construction of the second part of Voznesenskiy Trakt in Kazan, which started in March 2022.

Rustam Minnikhanov looked round the road section and drove a car from Prospect Pobedy in Kazan to M7 Volga federal highway

Currently the road work is nearly completed with highway sound barriers and the adjacent territory improvement still under way.

It will be the first class highway with three lanes in every direction.

During his tour Rustam Minnikhanov was reported about the work done including the reconstruction of gas, communication and electricity supply networks as well as the construction of pedestrian bridges and the road interchange on the Voskresenskiy Trakt and M7 Volga highway junction.

The Rais of Tatarstan gave an errand to complete all commissioning work as soon as possible and to launch the traffic no later than the middle of December of the current year.
