Rustam Minnikhanov on the eve of the Day of the Internal Affairs Officers: Ensuring law and order is a very serious matter

On 9 November, speaking at a regular Saturday meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to congratulate internal affairs officers and old stagers with their professional holiday in a solemn atmosphere.

“First of all I am speaking to heads of cities and regions and inform them that we held such an event in the republic yesterday and congratulated the police with the holiday at a solemn ceremony. The whole country celebrates this holiday. Ensuring law and order is a very serious matter as the preservation of peace, stability and serenity is the key to success at any territory,” he said.

The Rais of the republic emphasized that everybody wants to live in peace and concord so that not to worry for their children and the future.
