On October 30, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Moscow to take part in a meeting held by Russian President Vladimir Putin with members of the Russian Government aimed at the implementation of the state programme on integrated development of rural areas and prospects for the implementation of the state programme until 2030. During the meeting, Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut and the Governor of the Altai Territory Victor Tomenko made their reports. Other important pressing issues will also be discussed.
The state programme «Integrated development of rural areas» has been operating since 2019, under which new housing, public infrastructure, public spaces, roads and sports facilities are being developed. In addition to it, the government project « Personnel for the village» was launched, aimed at forming a «new image of the village» and creating a space for the development of youth in rural areas.
