President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov arrives to Kazan to take part in the BRICS Summit

On 23 October upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, who came to Tatarstan to take part in events of the BRICS Summit, was welcomed by the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov.  

The President Kyrgyzstan will attend events in the BRICS Plus format.
