President of Kazakhstan Kassym Jomart-Tokayev arrives to Kazan to take part in the BRICS Summit

On 23 October the President of Kazakhstan Kassym Jomart-Tokayev arrived to Kazan to take part in events of the BRICS Summit.

By an invitation from Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kassym Jomart-Tokayev will take part sessions of the BRICS Plus format.
