President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow arrives to Kazan

On 23 October upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow, who came to Tatarstan to take part in events of the BRICS Summit, was welcomed by the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov.

By an invitation from Russian President Vladimir Putin the Turkmenistan President will take part in the BRICS Plus format.
