President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksander Lukashenko arrives in Kazan

On October 23, the President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksander Lukashenko, who arrived in Kazan to take part in the BRICS Summit events, was met by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at the Kazan International Airport.

Lukashenko arrived at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin to participate in the meetings in the BRICS Plus format.
