Prime Minister of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh arrives in Kazan

On October 23, the Prime Minister of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh, who arrived in Kazan to take part in the BRICS Summit, was met by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin at the Kazan International Airport.

According to the Vietnamese news agency, the Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh 's participation in the BRICS summit will further promote and deepen cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation, as well as other countries.
