President of the New Development Bank Dilma Rousseff arrives to Kazan to take part in BRICS summit events

On 19 October, upon her arrival to the Kazan International Airport, the President of the New Development Bank Dilma Rousseff, who came to Tatarstan to take part in events of the 16th BRICS Summit, was welcomed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials.
