Rustam Minnikhanov discusses preparations for the BRICS Summit with the Aide to the Russian President Yuri Ushakov

On 11 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, as a member of a Russian delegation headed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, took part in the International Forum “Interconnection of times and civilizations as the basis of peace and development” dedicated to the 300th birthday of the Oriental poet and thinker Makhtumkuli Fragi in Ashgabad.

At their meeting on the sidelines of the Forum Rustam Minnikhanov and the Aide to the Russian President Yuri Ushakov discussed preparations for the BRICS Summit to be held in Kazan in October of the current year.
