Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the Monument of Makhtumkuli Fragi in Ashgabad

On 11 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the main events of the International Forum “Interconnection of times and civilizations as the basis of peace and development” dedicated to the 300th birthday of the Oriental poet and thinker Makhtumkuli Fragi in Ashgabad.

Later the same day the Rais of the republic also took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the Monument of Makhtumkuli Fragi.
