Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the third session of Tatarstan State Council of the seventh convocation

On 27 September, after having read his address to the Tatarstan State Council for 2024 in the morning, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the third session of the regional State Council of the seventh convocation.

According to the decision of the regional Parliament presidium, the session agenda includes 18 issues, comprising 14 drafts of regional laws. Most of the issues are dedicated to the improvement of the budget process during the preparation of the 2025 budget draft and the budget for the planned period of 2026 and 2027.
