Rustam Minnikhanov is on short term vacation from October 19 to 27, 2013.

According to the Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, during vacation period Tatarstan President’s duties will be performed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
