On October 18 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhahov paid a working visit to Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district.

Rustam Minnikhanov looked around the section of M-7 “Volga” highway – Kutly-Bukash – Rybnaya Sloboda – Bikchuraevo Chelny. The highway with one traffic lane with a width of 4.5 m was built within the framework of the federal target programme “Russia’s transportation system development (2010-2015)”.

A new 1.27 km long highway with a 800-meter ramp to school provides a way from Bikchuraevo village to the highway of the territorial significance. At present, 206 people live in Bikchyraevo.

Tatarstan President also looked around a rural club in Bikchyraevo village. The club was built at private expense of Director of OOO “Lig-group” Lenar Gayanov, who was born in the village. He also funded the construction of new mosque in the village.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Lenar Gayanov for his charity and talked to local dwellers. He noted improvement of the quality of life in the country.

Tatarstan President presented the certificate for 50 thousand rubles for purchasing facilities to Director of Bikchyraevsky club.

Tatarstan Minister of Transport and Roads Lenar Safin, Head of Department for Construction, Transport, Municipal Economy and Roads Ildar Sibgatullin and other officials accompanied Tatarstan President.
