Rustam Minnikhanov opens International Forum Kazan Digital Week – 2024

On 9 September in his welcoming speech at a ceremony of opening of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week – 2024 held for the fifth time at the Kazan Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said:”I am happy to welcome you in Tatarstan at the opening of the International Forum” and expressed words of gratitude to the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin for his decision to give the federal status to the event.

“This made it possible to raise the efficiency of interaction with heads of the federal power bodies, colleagues from regions and abroad and representatives of science and business communities. The aim of joint work of the forum platforms is to help in making an objective assessment of our achievements and the tasks we are facing and to broaden the cooperation boundaries,” he said.

Rustam Minnikhanov also mentioned the forum partners such as the Tattelekom and the BARS Group companies, VTB Bank and Kaspersky Lab.

More than 16 thousand people from Russia and foreign countries are taking part in the current Forum which also has organized an exhibition comprising more than 140 stands which demonstrate solutions of 200 leading IT companies.

All business events are focused on practical approaches to the development of digital services, software and development and manufacture of high tech products, Rustam Minnikhanov said and emphasized that under sanction these issues gain special importance.

In conclusion he wished all participants of the Forum fruitful work and interesting business meetings.
