Rais of Tatarstan looks round the Helicopter Youth Center in Kirov district of Kazan

On 30 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the Helicopter Youth Center in Kirov district of Kazan. 

The project is implemented by the Education National Project within the federal programme “Region for the youth” and the center has undergone capital overhaul.

During the tour round the center, Rustam Minnikhanov was told that the center will house concert and creative amalgamations such as rock and jazz clubs, dance studios, a youth theatre and a cyber space. 

On top of that the center visitors also have an access to video – and sound recording studios, sports sections and an art studio. 

Special sphere of the work of the center is the interaction with young families of the districts and opening the Young Mom’s Club, Rustam Minnikhanov was informed.
