Rustam Minnikhanov to state awards laureates: By your dedicated labor you are making an important contribution into prosperity of our republic and the country

On 29 August in the Kazan Kremlin at a ceremony dedicated to the Day of Tatarstan, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed in 54 state awards to heads and employees of regional organizations and enterprises of the defense, machine-building, petrochemical, transport, forestry and agribusiness industries and representatives of science, education and art communities.

Speaking at the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov stated that Tatarstan is the backbone region of the country successfully implementing projects and programmes aimed at improvement of life quality of its residents, fulfilling all its social liabilities and hosting large scale events of the world level. He added that the complete support of Russian President Vladimir Putin and the federal government help to obtain high results.

“By your dedicated labor each one of you, who is getting an award today, is making an important contribution into prosperity of our republic and the country. Here with us we also have participants of the special military operation who, having chosen the path of serving their Motherland, are struggling for its sovereignty, demonstrating courage and heroism,” the Rais of the republic said and expressed special gratitude to medical workers saving lives of soldiers and officers and standing sentinel over health of all residents of Tatarstan.

In conclusion he congratulated all participants of the ceremony with their awards and the coming Day of Tatarstan.
