45th meeting of Tatarstan State Council to take place on October 24th

45th meeting of the Tatarstan State Council is to take place on October 24th. This decision was taken by the Presidium of the republican parliament chaired by Farid Mukhamethsin.

Opening the meeting, Chairman of the State Council Farid Mukhamethsin reminded about the main recent events in social, political and economic life of Tatarstan, including the results of the XIVth Congress of the political party "United Russia", Vth International economic summit of Russia and OIC countries "Kazansummit 2013", special extraordinary session of the Security Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Upon the proposals of the parliamentary committees the Agenda of the meeting of the State Council will consist of 15 issues, including 10 republican bills and several federal bills. The key point of the Agenda will be the republican budget for 2014 and planned period up to 2015 and 2016, as well as the budget of Territorial medical insuarance fund in the Republic of Tatarstan. The draft budget has been considered by members of parliament in all committees, discussed at zonal consultations in municipalities and during the parliament hearings. Within the framework of the "Government hour" members of parliament will consider the information of the republican Government on tariff regulation in the sphere of public and housing services in 2014.

The Presidium adopted the plan of action of the State Council to implement the proposals of the President of Tatarstan set by his Message to the republican Parliament on 2014. These actions are aimed at development of all spheres of republican life, rise of socail standards of living, effective partnership between people and authorities, other prioirties in the development of Tatarstan.
