Rustam Minnikhanov visits industrial sites and gives assessment to capital overhaul of sports school in Naberezhnyye Chelny

On 19 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Naberezhnyye Chelny, and Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov accompanied by the regional Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko, visited the TEMPO State Corporation- one of the largest industrial concerns of Russia comprising several modern industrial enterprises and the Darletto company which manufactures jams and confectionary.

Later the same day during his visit to the School of Olympic Reserve “Olympic” , which trains 1 500 young athletes, Rustam Minnikhanov was told about the capital overhaul, which started in autumn 2023 and was completed in the current Summer.  

In the end of his trip Rustam Minnikhanov held an organizational meeting on preparation of festive events dedicated to celebrations of the release of the first KAMAZ truck and the 400th anniversary of the city of Naberezhnyye Chelny, where the Mayor of the city Nail Magdeev and the Director General of the KAMAZ Automaker Sergey Kogogin informed about plans and preparatory events.
