On August 17, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of Tatarstan Marat Ayzatullin reported that as of August 17 the housing construction plan has been fulfilled by 82 per cent in the republic with 2m 587thousand square meters of housing already commissioned.
Since the beginning of the year, self-regulatory organizations have carried out 1792 inspections and identified 646 violations. The State Construction Inspectorate of the republic issued 86 administrative orders.
In total, this year, the department’s specialists visited construction sites 866 times.
He also informed about implementation of housing construction programmes, namely social mortgage programme, which is completed by 73 per cent, and provision of accommodation for some categories of citizens, and told about the accident frequency rate and labour safety measures.
Marat Ayzatullin reported about implementation of regional and federal programmes of construction of social, engineering infrastructure, youth policy, healthcare and sports facilities and informed about the programme of the Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories, which is completed by 59 per cent. The readiness of 11 schools and outbuildings is now 95 per cent.
In conclusion he informed about work being done in reconstruction of biological waste treatment facilities and recovery of soil polluted by oil-containing contaminants, two regional programmes of building regional executive committees and residential service centers and providing residents with potable water.
